1. Order Processing Time

All orders are freshly prepared and packed once your payment is confirmed.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high-demand periods (festivals, promotions, etc.), order processing may take an additional day or two.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery availability may vary based on your location and local courier service coverage.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be charged and displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner, while remote or rural locations might take longer.

Smyle Biscuits is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your shipment using the link provided in the message or through the courier partner’s website.

6. Packaging & Freshness

All biscuits and bakery products are packed in secure, airtight, and food-grade packaging to ensure freshness and prevent breakage during transit.

In rare cases, minimal breakage may occur despite our best efforts — we appreciate your understanding.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Smyle Biscuits will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be marked as “undeliverable.”

Re-delivery requests may incur additional charges.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
