At Smyle, we take great care to ensure that every product is prepared and packed with quality and freshness. As our products are food-based items, certain return conditions apply.


1. Food Products Are Non-Returnable

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, rusks, biscuits, cookies, tea cakes, and other food items cannot be returned once sold.
We do not accept returns based on:

  • Taste preference

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection of product


2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled

  • Incorrect or different from what you ordered

Please contact us on the same day of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Product photos

  • Package condition

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, OR

  • A store credit (based on product type and availability)


3. Pickup or Exchange Conditions

If a replacement is approved:

  • The original product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Replacement will be provided at the earliest possible time, based on product availability and delivery schedule.


4. Refunds

Refunds are given only when replacement cannot be provided due to product unavailability.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original mode of payment or via store credit.
